Hi, my name is Han Xiong. Many people known me as the HDB upgrading strategist who had the privilege to help many clients navigate their HDB transactions.
I specialize in helping homeowners and investors figure out the best ways to move up in the property market—whether it’s upgrading from an HDB to a private condo, or finding ways to maximize the value of your current property. I’ve seen everything from tough losses to major wins, and I’ve learned a lot along the way about what works and what does.

Why I do what I do ?
I see a significant gap between generations when it comes to property planning, especially between Millennials and the older generations.
A lot of Millennials and younger people tend to rely on advice from their parents when it comes to real estate decisions. While this is understandable, it can sometimes lead to fewer options or missed opportunities for improving their lifestyle and financial future. But does that mean our parents were wrong? Not at all. In fact, many of them benefited greatly from the rapid economic growth of Singapore during their time.
However, I’ve also seen firsthand how the younger generation often doesn’t position themselves optimally for long-term success in the property market. They’re missing out on strategies that could help them secure a better future.
